Getting there

Fly to Geneva
Geneva (GVA) is the closest airport — about 1h15–1h30 by car from Lac Montriond. Regular airport transfers run to Morzine, or grab a rental car for maximum lake-hopping freedom.

By train
TGV to Geneva, or regional trains to Cluses or Thonon-les-Bains. From there it's a 35–45 minute taxi or bus ride up into the valley.

By car
The venue is at Lac Montriond, just past the village of Montriond, 10 minutes from Morzine. There's parking on site — and the drive up the valley is gorgeous.
Where to stay
Morzine
The lively option: a proper alpine town 10 minutes away with hotels, chalets, restaurants and bars. Great if you want the full mountain-village experience.
Montriond village
The closest option: small, quiet and a short hop from the lake. A handful of chalets and apartments — book early, it's tiny!
Chalet groups
Coming as a crew? Renting a chalet together is the classic Alps move — most sleep 6–12 and come with big communal tables for post-wedding debriefs.
July is peak season in the valley — book early. Summer 2027 prices and dates aren't out yet, so get in touch directly and mention Kerry & Sami's wedding.

Good to know
- ★July in the Alps is usually warm and sunny (20–27°C), but evenings by the lake get cool — bring a layer for the dancing hours.

- ★Stay the week if you can — Morzine in summer is full of hiking, biking and mountain restaurants.
